Where strategy meets craft — designing tools, not just interfaces.

Hi, I’m Jordan Lindarte — a Product Designer from Colombia with a strong focus on design systems, scalable experiences, and cross-functional collaboration. I don’t just design screens; I build the foundations that make great products possible.

I can help you with ...

01

Scalability

I can design from scratch solid design systems that visually unify products and speed up the joint work between designers and developers, reducing delivery times and implementation errors.

02

Conversion

Through data-driven research, user testing and iterative design, I help improve digital workflows, reducing the learning curve and increasing user retention and conversion.

03

Adaptability

I apply methodologies such as Atomic Design and token-based design so that products can grow without losing coherence or visual quality, maintaining consistency and facilitating future upgrades and expansions.

My experience

Sainapsis Inc
(2024 - Present)

As a semi-senior Product Designer at Sainapsis, I feel genuinely proud to be part of a small but mighty 3-person team crafting a design system from the ground up. For me, this goes far beyond components and guidelines — it’s about reshaping how design and development connect to build better products, faster.

We’ve implemented design tokens to unify styles across platforms, built a flexible component library that reduced view-building time by 40%, and created detailed microinteraction guides that cut animation integration time by 55%.

Most importantly, the development team has reported a 30% gain in efficiency thanks to the system — a real testament to how thoughtful design operations can create measurable impact.I love that my role balances strategy and craft — helping teams work smarter, ensuring every pixel has a purpose, and bringing consistency, speed, and delight to every interaction.

Masiv
(2021 - 2024)

My journey at Masiv was where I truly honed my ability to lead design with purpose. I joined as a Junior Product Designer and grew into a trusted lead across several key initiatives.

As a Semi-Senior I, I led the design of Journey, Masiv’s omnichannel automation tool, aligning user needs with business goals and validating flows through continuous user testing.

I also redefined the Campaign Manager experience, which led to a 15% increase in operational efficiency, and applied Atomic Design principles to ensure scalability and maintainability.

Just like with Campaign Manager, I designed a unified Template Manager experience — creating a consistent flow to build templates across all communication channels. This not only improved usability but also reduced onboarding time for new channels by 20%, ensuring the platform could scale quickly and cohesively. My work is driven by a desire to solve complex problems with clarity, and to empower teams through systems that scale, adapt, and genuinely improve how people experience digital products.

As Junior II, I was the Lead Designer for Sherlock, Sword, and Shield. I handled the end-to-end process — from research and prototyping to testing and iteration. I collaborated tightly with engineers and data scientists, reduced usability errors by 25%, and accelerated delivery by 15% through better documentation and aligned UX flows.

WIEDII US
(2020 - 2021)

At WIEDII, I got my foundation in UI design. I designed high-fidelity prototypes, animations, and landing pages that directly improved engagement and conversion. Working closely with marketing, I also designed email templates and social media graphics that increased interaction rates and supported product launches. It’s here where I learned the business value of great design.
